Meet-up this Saturday, 21st January (that’s Tomorrow!) to present the F.O.O.D. Project/Benevolent Society and what we are aiming + raising funds for (a SPACE), possibly as soon as Feb 1st. This takes place at Little Mountain Gallery at 195 E 26th (x Main), VanTerminal City’s most vital Heart + Art Space: http://www.littlemountaingallery.com There’s a Studio Sale from 1-5. I’ll try to make it there around 3 to 4; F.O.O.D. discussion & Show+Tell from 6-8/ish. Hope to see you’s there! <3 :)K

F.O.O.D. is organizing FUN(d)raisers for the 21st and 31st (a Saturday and a Tuesday, respectively) of THIS month, January Two Thousand and Twelve.Friends, we need Musicians, Chefs, Bakers, Masseurs, Yogis, Poets, Dads, Moms, Journalists, Photo- and Painter-Graphers, Film-Makers, Shoe-Cobblers, Electricians, Demolition-Persons, Bus-Drivers, Baristahs, Contractors, Estimators, Carpenters, Cabinet-Makers, Yarn-Bombers, Dancers, B-GirlBoys, any Dudette and Dude to step up whenever to donate time, energy, passion, care, commitment, curiosity, talent and sweat into this project.More to follow (as st8ed), but if interested, sign on here, elect friends etc.Our target to raise by end of month is $1500-2000 to secure a lease on a space. $225,000 longer term (this year) to secure a LAND-TRUST in the Free Village Republik of Eastern Vancouver.Many thanks,&lt;3F.O.O.D.(FVROEV, Coast-Salish Lands, Turtle Island ☝)
